- 2 pm · Front desk A couple on the all-inclusive plan arrives. The front desk gives them room 214 and wristbands with their meal plan.
- 4 pm · Pool bar They order two beers and a premium gin and tonic. The beers are covered by the plan. The gin isn't, so they charge it to the room.
- 4:01 pm · Front desk The gin and tonic is already on room 214's bill. Nobody types it in again at the front desk.
- Meanwhile · Rooms A booking for July comes in through the website. That room is no longer available, and whoever sets July's rates can already see it.

Four ideas behind every module
Hospedia Suite is in development. These are the ideas that decide how we build it.
- 01Idea
Built for the commercial complexity of vacation hotels
A vacation hotel sells the same room on different meal plans, often through tour operators it has its own contracts with. Then, at the pool, the bar has to know what each guest's wristband covers. A lot of hotel software was written for city hotels and adapted later. We designed Hospedia Suite for vacation hotels from the start.

One suite, with modules that work alone or together
You can start with one module and keep the software you already use. If you end up with all three, they work as one. A dinner charged at the restaurant shows up on the guest's stay, and nobody types it in again at the front desk.

You're in control
You change rates, outlets, menu items and invoice series yourself, in the software, without waiting for a consultant. Your data is yours. Each module will have a documented public interface, so your other systems can read from it and write to it without asking us.

Ready for AI agents
You'll be able to connect the suite to an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant such as Claude Desktop, and ask it which bar sold most yesterday or how July's occupancy looks. You'll also be able to use AI agents to automate repetitive tasks. You decide what each one can do, and no change goes through without your permission.
