Hotel revenue management software
Hospedia RMS is the revenue management system (RMS) in Hospedia Suite. It helps you decide what to charge for each room and which channel to sell it through.
Designed for deciding July in February
It's February and the commercial director is looking at July. Part of the hotel is contracted to tour operators. The rest sells on the hotel's own website and through online travel agencies. With today's bookings, should they open more rooms to direct sales or raise the rate?
We're designing it so that decision starts from everything the hotel has already sold and contracted, tour operators included, not only from direct sales.

You decide how much it does by itself
Some hotels want rules that change rates on their own: if a week's occupancy passes a set point, the rate goes up. Others want the RMS to suggest and someone on the team to approve each change. And some use it only to see occupancy, booking pace and rates on one screen, then change rates by hand.
Hospedia RMS is designed for all three ways of working. You can start with the most cautious one and let it do more once you trust it.

Hospedia RMS is designed to run on its own, using data from the reservation software you already have. Which data we can read depends on that software, so we look at it with you.

Frequently asked questions
When will it be available?
Hospedia RMS is in development. Its first pilot will be in Q2 2027.
Does it change rates by itself?
Only if you set it up to. Otherwise it suggests and your team decides, or it shows you the data and you change rates yourself.
Do I need Hospedia PMS?
No. It works with the reservation software you have. With Hospedia PMS, it also sees each booking as soon as it comes in.
How much does it cost?
