Hotel PMS for vacation hotels and resorts
Hospedia PMS is the property management system (PMS) in Hospedia Suite: the software the front desk uses for reservations and stays.
Designed for a changeover Saturday in July
Hundreds of guests check out in the morning and as many arrive in the afternoon, a lot of them booked through tour operators. Every one of those bookings has to match what the hotel agreed with that tour operator for the season. And each guest's meal plan has to be on their wristband before they go down for lunch.
We're designing it so the software runs that check when the booking comes in, and the front desk only looks at what doesn't match.

A resort PMS with tour-operator contracts built in
You load each tour operator's contract once a season. From then on, every booking that tour operator sends is priced and checked against it. If something is off, the front desk sees it before the guest arrives, not weeks later when someone reviews the tour operator's invoice.
A chain may have one contract covering several hotels. Hospedia PMS treats it as one contract.
Built for hotels in Spain
Hotels in Spain have obligations that foreign software doesn't always handle out of the box. We're designing Hospedia PMS for them. One is the guest register sent to the Ministry of the Interior. Another is VeriFactu (the name commonly used for Spain's new rules for billing software).
On its own or with the other modules
With Hospedia POS, each booking's meal plan reaches the wristbands, and whatever the guest charges at the bar reaches their stay. With Hospedia RMS, the rates you decide on apply to incoming bookings. Nobody copies data from one system to another.

You're in control
You set up room types, meal plans, seasons and invoice series yourself, in the software. Your data is yours: you can export all your reservations, guests and contracts in a documented format without asking us.
Frequently asked questions
When will it be available?
Hospedia PMS is in development and doesn't have a date yet. We started with Hospedia POS and Hospedia RMS, which have their first pilot in Q2 2027.
I already have a PMS. Can I use the other modules?
Yes. Hospedia POS and Hospedia RMS are designed to run on their own, next to the PMS you already use.
Does it work for a chain?
It's designed for a single hotel or a regional chain, with several hotels and contracts shared between them.
How much does it cost?
We don't publish prices yet.
