Hospedia Suite is developed in Mallorca. The hotels we have in mind when we design it look a lot like the island's.

A season that's prepared in winter
Many hotels in Mallorca close for the winter and reopen in spring. Tour-operator contracts are settled months before the first guest arrives. In April, seasonal staff start and have a few days to learn the hotel's software.
That's why we want a new server to be able to take payments on Hospedia POS from their first shift.

Different meal plans in the same resort
In many of the island's hotels, guests on different meal plans share the same pools, bars and restaurants. There, the bar has to know what each guest's wristband covers, and whatever falls outside it has to end up on their bill. It's the scene we started designing the point of sale from.
Chains and tour operators from across Europe
Many of Mallorca's hotels belong to chains, and many of their guests come through British, German or Nordic tour operators. Each brings its own contract, and Hospedia PMS keeps those contracts inside the software.
Close to your hotel
We're in Mallorca. Hospedia POS and Hospedia RMS will have their first pilot at a hotel in Mallorca in Q2 2027.
We design each module with people who work in the island's hotels, in their bars, kitchens and front desks. And since we're starting here, we can be at your hotel when you need us.
